Two Many Pints...
Delicate. I'm feeling very delicate this morning.
I went on the lash with my Mad Auntie Joan last night. I hadn't planned it.
She's some savage when it comes to guzzling pints.
I'm not.
I thank God for the chips and sausages that saved my life.
I was drinking Stella Artois. I thought I would be home after 2.
Foolish me.
P.S. You get Trixi Points if you can name the pub in the photo!

I practically matched your Thursday night word for word, even down to the chipper choice, the only differences being my tipple was that new Guinness 39 brew [the number refers to the amount of farts per minute the following day I just discovered] and I was in the Stillorgan Orchard, and I must forego Trixi points as I havent a clue where that is :-[
Ooo I want to try the new Guinness flavours would you recommend them JL?
And its a Nort Soide pub city centre...
I was with a group of lads who all said things like "smoother" and "you can taste the extra hops" but personally I saw no difference. Didn't stop me having a rake of them though!
Is it in Donnybrook?
Don't know the pub, but know the "delicate feeling." Mad aunt joan sounds like a lot of fun.
Ok more hints. Its a north side city centre, and I mean slap bang in the centre, old man's pub with stairs and on the walls are sets of caricatures of people from ancient times like Frank Hall! It also offers Irish stew to tourists and chips in a basket to the lifes of me, oh and it has the ubiquitous smelly toilets! Ok and its called The (something)! Come on you can get it!
Is it The Flowing Tide?
If it is, the stairs are lethal with more than a pint or two on you...
Nope. Good guess though move a little further westwards but not too far!
I originally thought The Oval, but the last time I was in there, it seemed to look more like the Long Hall, unless they've done it up. That's my last guess!
Well Done Sinead 10 Trixi points for you! It is indeed the Oval and you also gain extra respect for knowing your pubs so well!
