MY SIL lives in Dublin with her husband and the three fairy cousins (who happen to be the same age as my brood - how's THAT for perfect timing?!).

Hi A It's unmade caramel actually. So there's margarine, sugar, golden syrup and condensed milk in the pot! It all melts together to make toffee...And definately no tofu!
Beautiful Pictures! And eating the stuff you bake is the best part! Did you save us some??? LOL
Actually it was quite cool the baking got distributed amongst friends and family as well as been eaten at home. So lots of people got to benefit from it!
